Does somebody have a calculator? I can’t read this.
You don’t want to 🙂
Nissa for the win.
“Open WOD 13.1” 150RX
nice John
13.1 – 113 RX. Very happy to get more practice with snatches at 135, starting to get really comfortable with this weight.
150 rx. couldnt hit 165 while warming up…couldnt hit 165 in the wod, failed a couple of attempts. meant for today to just move, working through soreness from the weekend, and not to pr, and thats exactly what i did. good stuff.
140 [115# for the second round of snatches]. felt pretty good – next time 135#. burpees caught me sucking wind worse than I expected.
“Open WOD 13.1, on 1.13 !” 161, 25#, 30#, 35#
“Open 13.1” 120, 45#, 65#
Open 13.1 – 150 Rx (26 Rep PR)
During the 2013 Open, my recored score was 124 Rx. It was the first time I had ever snatched 135# and it was more of a reverse curl into a strict press. Felt tough today as well, but was able to move thru the other movements faster to allow me enough time to finish the 135# snatches. Next time, I’ve got to get 1 @ 165#.
245 Rx Would of liked to have gotten those last 5 burpees in the set of 20 but pleased with the results overall. 135# felt pretty heavy during warm ups and even heavier after 70 burpees….
Ha! Nice math!! 145 Rx
This is a judge free zone dave. I’ve counted wrong once, twice or pretty much daily.

10 cal bike 3:40
30 ring rows finished with :38 sec left and forgot to just get back on bike to get as many cals as possible…
got on bike with :18 left(?) to get 2 cal more.
Getting up and into the gym this morning was a HUGE victory. Fought the urge to go back to sleep.
145 (45#,65#)
168 rx
Word.
124 rx. Getting better with snatch from the ground. Good day.
156 (35#, 45#, 50#)
190rx
Huge mental hurdle to get myself to the gym today. Everything hurts and I knew that I didn’t have it in me to pr this today. I was one rep short of my previous score. Given how I feel today and how I felt during the workout, I am glad I listening to the higher powers (Mel & Michele) and just moved. I feel good knowing I could get to this point in the mental and physical state I am in today.
150 RX – ( 2 failed attempts @100#)
150 (35#, 45#). Legs SO sore from yesterdays wall balls!
Open WOD 13.1 – 132 reps (15#, 25#)
130 reps, 35#, burpees to target bc easier on the knees
154Rx… during the open in ’13 my score was 123. I’ll take it. room for improvement on the burpees…
HUGE 530 tonight. awesome job by all.
13.1- 152 (45#, 65#)
13.1 – 150 RX. My 1rm snatch is 100 (done once in spring) finished the 20 Burpees 30 sec faster than I did during opens. Like sarah, glad I came in to move, def helped sore muscles.
13.1 – 128 (45#, 55#). Tired today but still felt I was moving well (I actually kind of enjoy
burpees over bar in a weird way) but my thumbs blistered up in the 2nd set of snatches and I couldn’t get as many as I wanted. Didn’t think to tape them beforehand
Half-13.1
AMRAP 10 of 20/15/10/5 hand-release push-ups and 15/15/15 hang power snatches at 35#/45#/55#. So I guess 95 is my score. Whew!
Open WOD 13.1– #164 (35, 45, 50)– the burpees slowed me down big time ! Good job 530pm!
157 reps. 65, 70, 85
soooo I did this completely wrong. i wasn’t paying attention to what was rx weight and just did 3 ascending weights. my score was 158 55#,65#,75#.
really i should have done 45, 75, maybe 80 if i could get there.
oh well :/
Open WOD 13.1 – 115 #75 #95. I hate burpees.
158 reps #35 #45 and then kept the #45 because i was running out of time and wanted to keep working. Next time I’ll try heavier weight.
