“Ready or Not” – Well. I wasn’t ready for this one. Mother of God this one was terrible. Took every ounce of my being not to quit this one. Holy Hell!

I’m not ready!! Been home sick with an idiotic head and chest cold and it just needs to go away already!! And for crying out loud, before I started at DCF, being sick and not exercising, well that was downright happy time – I had one more excuse not to move….but now, now…now I’m hankering for 150 wall balls or better yet….I want my endurance WODs!! Give me hill sprints and shuttle runs….argh!!

Instead just did endurance with Mel. I really have to stop relying on her to carry me. Same times as above, although she is being modest… last one she was :57 or :58 and I was :59 🙂 Nice work lady! Great job to Jim, Britt and Stacia – wish I could have handle both with you all today!

“Ready or Not” – 14:41. I like wall walks. Legs feel great after my marathon+22.4miles this past weekend but didnt want to break anything so I did step ups. Great to be back after so much running!

Ready or Not: 16ish? Wall walks were terrible, and I spent way too much time on the bar but did manage to do mostly legit T2B for all of the rounds.

Ready or Not – 14:43 Rx. Everything was clicking for me today. Wall walks were decent, but consistent. TTB’s and box jumps felt good. Good 12:30 class.
You were a ninja during those box jumps! I could see you as I slogged my way through the TTB!
“Ready or Not: 20:32 I think. Did 3 wall walks instead of 5 from round 2 onward. Sneaky suckers! After 3 years of doing CF, I find that WODs don’t necessarily get easier or even faster for me (they do get heavier, though!) but what I have found is the ability to scale as I need to mid-WOD and to adjust my own goals as needed. So after I realized those wall walks were killing me and making me spend too much time just lying on the floor, I quickly scaled the number but also told myself I was NOT scaling the reps on TTB or box jumps and I was NOT going to step up to the box and I WAS going to get through all 7 rounds. And I did, and then I went outside in the 20 degree weather in my tank top and laid down on top of a discarded cardboard box for about 5 minutes. Thanks Mel for being the best cheerleader ever 🙂

Ready or Not: 16:57 Rx. Take away on this one for me was to stand when you get on top of the box and you will not have to do extra reps. Last set of box jumps turned out to be 4 extra due to no rep call out by Kate.
