This is a 55 rep PR, up from 232 Rx when we did this about a year ago on 1/23/14. Definite progress.

Open 12.3 – 237 rx. Last time was 222 scaled to 95#, so improvement. That said, it’s possible that some of my presses got a little jerky. Just sayin.’ Something to work on.

first time doing it. certainly didnt feel like a pr, i polished off a family pack of oreos over the past two days and i think i sweat it all out during the wod.
thats a good goal for me in 2015. start sharing those family packs of oreos.
Open 12.3 – 241 Rx (PR) last time hit 207 at 105#. kipping TTB flicker on and off but I was able to pull out some sets of 5-6 in the later rounds
Open 12.3 – 301 RX. I was also a bit jerky here and there (really had to concentrate). First time doing this wod. TTB unbroken, first 5 rds of PP unbroken, then 8/4. Mostly step ups.

Whoa. Challenge accepted. Although it would be a 90 rep PR from 2 years ago!
Open WOD 12.3 198 70# cleans.. Round one box jumps then step ups- TTB most rounds unbroken, I think the last two I dropped to shake out grip.
275 Rx – 68 rep PR, up from 207 reps using a 20″ box last time.
Open WOD 12.3 – 252 with 75#. I can’t adequately describe how much I love working out at DCF compared to anywhere else. That’s likely the only good thing about being back a couple of days.
440 rx — goal was to get the ttb UB for all rounds — mission accomplished — back in 2012 i did all singles for the TTB 😛

Open WOD 12.3 – 240 reps 55# Knees to Elbows. Attempted some kipping action and flew backwards off the bar! time to build up grip and upper body once again.

12.3 334 reps, 55#. Presses were unbroken, step ups and tried for all kipping t2b, missed the bar a bunch, but kip is getting stronger.

Open 12.3 – 216, 55#. Finally getting the hang of T2B, only slowed me down a little bit.
Open 12.3 – 244rx. First time doing this. 1st 2 rounds of TTB were UB which is a big deal for me. Tip Mel gave to start the kip first really helped. Rest of the Rds were 5 UB and then 4 ugly hanging, swinging, strict ones. PP were in sets of 8 & 4, and first time rebounding Box Jumps in a WOD in a really long time. Last 2 rounds I did step ups – definately way faster but glad I practiced the rebound.
After I did Monday’s Endurance WOD that I missed
