Part 1: 2:28/2:12 dubs felt funky this morning.
Part 2: 11:47 RX got off the c2b’s at 2:30ish. The next 7.5 minutes or so were spent on strict hspu’s. Thanks for the motivation guys! I would’ve nevet finished! My strict hspu’s need work….definitely adding them to the goal board.

Dubs were a struggle this morning. What should usually be 2 – 3 sets max was more like 5 or 6. Just kept tripping on the rope.

undertaker — 1:53/1:45/5:55 — first set of dubs were a mess, second set I managed to pull it together; tried to stay w small, quick sets on the ctb — HSPU are part of my goals and these felt great today — big sets to get halfway then fast small sets of 3-5 to finish

Everything very slow today. Fought the DU’s both rounds and a lot of singles with the C2B and HSPU. Thanks for the push Michelle. Thought of throwing in the towel a couple times!

Note to self: add double unders to the list of goals I think I spent about 1 minute in total running and the rest with that pesky rope…
Part two: kipping pull-ups with a red band, HSPU with 3 abmats, 20# lunge steps
Undertaker – 3:27, 3:25, 8:39 Ended up doing 80 DU’s each round because I f’ing hate them and couldn’t stand to do 20 more and get more pissed. After that 1 abmat and #53 KB.
Undertaker — 2:39/2:39/7:15. 50 DU (got 20 unbroken at one pt in 2nd rd which is definitely a PR and is progress on a goal). 44# KBS for C2B. 2 abmats for HSPU. 35# lunges. Scaled a lot but pleased with my performance other than slow shuttle runs.
Undertaker: 2:49/2:40 DU’s were horrible
