In Teams of 2 Complete 4 Rounds Each of:

Squat Cleans (165/115)
First athlete performs 1 rep, then second athlete performs 1 rep. First athlete then peforms 2 reps, then second athlete peforms 2 reps… up to 5 reps each. That’s one round. You will each move through that ladder for a total of 4 rounds!

I believe we were just over 17 minutes RX for 4 rounds. Went for that 5th round for sport and I think we finished 5 rounds around 20:30 +/- 25 seconds.

Kate (135#) and Craig (165#) — we also did 5 rounds in 19:30 but finished 4 rounds somewhere around 16 mins– loved working with Craig on this one, we kept a great steady pace that kept us both working hard to get those sets done

Fancy from yesterday, :30 on/off rowing 10 rounds, 24 walking lunges with 25# dbs, 10 strict t2b 4 rounds, i would have braved the snow, but needed to stay home for my sleeping birthday 11 year old.
