In Teams of 2 Complete 4 Rounds Each of:
1-2-3-4-5
Squat Cleans (165/115)

First athlete performs 1 rep, then second athlete performs 1 rep. First athlete then peforms 2 reps, then second athlete peforms 2 reps… up to 5 reps each. That’s one round. You will each move through that ladder for a total of 4 rounds!
