Ju-know it’s snowing home wod with the neighbors in the basement:
1) 10 RFT- bear crawl length of basement
Broad jump back
2) 100 jack.
75 air squat.
50 push up
35 Burpee
3) 100 hollow rocks
100 superman rocks
4) 5 shuttle runs

burpees — 98 reps in the first 7 mins (held 14 each :40) then continued until I couldn’t hold the 14 burpees in the :40 — ended up making it through 15 rounds
AMRAP Shovel 1.5 Hour: 10 shovels, 10 sec break, repeat.
5x100m sprints in waist deep snow. Slowly turned into a stomp/crawl

First time using this little travel timer I bought for $20. It’s called a gymboss. Adjustable tabata timer. Good product. Cheap. Just don’t read the directions. They’re horrible. Just go straight to the YouTube howto demo on their site.

round 1 (1000 – 8:47 pace, 200 6:31 pace). round 2 (8:20 pace, 200 6:15 pace) round 3 (8:00 pace, 5:56 pace)

I need to get my ass running again. 1000 meters were HARD!

5 x 50m in the deep snow. Shoveling for an hour.
10k row. 41:14. 203.7 pace. Worst part was when pandora decided to switch over to acoustic slow jams for the final 6k. Damn you, pandora.
Partner WOD: Shovel 50′ long driveway, front porch and steps, back porch and steps, and various paths throughout the yard so the dogs don’t pee and poop on the porches. Post-WOD recovery drink of cocoa with cinnamon whiskey.
