Think about it – 135#, not a clean pr, but by far the best I have ever felt cleaning from the ground! Huge progress and great way to start vacation!! Wod 115#, WB to target, 9:32 I think…

Think about it: 95# 14# Wall Ball 6 rnds – let’s call it 9:00 minutes. Working with Robin (awesome partner!), I was suppose to start w/wall balls but there weren’t any left, so I started late, did 2 reps on the clean 1st 2 rounds, found a rhythm and finished last 4 rnds with 5 reps. So excited that my WOD # was 30# more than the last time we did a WOD with cleans!!

Ok dcf’ers – I don’t care if you never speak to me again but two things went thru my mind while running – well 3 – 1) those snow/yak tracks work well! 2) took it slow and easy but did the WOD 3) why am I doing this alone? Small investment in time and money to continue to improve your endurance – ok – I’m done

Today was a ‘just show up ‘day for me too but having the honor to coach and watch so many PRs made it one of my favorite days at the box to date .. So so so fired up my each and every one of you

Think about it — big hot mess done in 11:03 with 20#\155# but with squat cleans since I couldn’t find a power clean to save my life — I still got in a great workout and spent my morning w the best crew around so I wouldn’t have it any other way 🙂

Brain had other plans in store for me after attempting more, so I called it quits for the day. Thanks Sara C and Mel for the pep talks – because my goal #1 this year is to nurture and protect my head, and apparently heavy cleans aren’t how I’m going to accomplish that. Disappointing, but SO HAPPY to hear so many other folks had great days getting PRs and stuff!
And your current 1RM is my lifetime goal. Perspective…net net, still a rockstar.
