Call me Spaceman: 7+2 Rx. Zev on one side, Sarah Clarke on the other, kept me going. Maybe the snow can hold off long enough for me to get back on some sort of a schedule. I’m kind of sick of the snow shovel WOD.
“Call Me a Spaceman” – 8+26 Rx (Push presses were unbroken for Rounds 1,2,3,8,9. Swings and Box Jumps unbroken.
Specialty (Done Yesterday) – 7 @ 115# (First 5 sets were ok, not great. Last 2 felt fantastic. I assume I just didn’t warm up enough before going into the 7 sets.)

My shoulder been acting up so I am trying to be “mature” and really scale down….for 3 years I have not always been so wise but finally I am growing up!
Call Me a Spaceman: 5+10. First round Rx (80#), but then had to drop the PP to 65# to keep the integrity of the movement.

Call me a spaceman- 8+9. Rx weight. Came out of the gate way too hard and gassed. All straight sets except round 4 presses I went 6 & 4. Not giving myself the Rx on this one because Mel said I was re-dipping, so my first two rounds were probably more push jerk then push press.
