Sick of Snow Home WOD: Missing Daybreak

75 Air Squats
50 Sit Ups
25 Push Ups
Around 16:30 minutes
Dare You – 3 reps per round at 185# even with the reps cut down this was still a total grind. My shuttles were more of a brisk walk, but it felt good to string heavier cleans together. Thanks for the push at the end Kate!

Dare You: @ 165#. Did 5 reps rounds 1-7, 3 reps in 8&9, and 5 in 10. You can imagine that I am disappointed that I dropped to 3, but I am confident that if I hadn’t, I would have had a problem keeping up.
75# – 2 rounds of 5 then had to sit out a round…then 7 rounds of 3. Today was definitely not my day. You can bet that the next time I can’t make it in for a few days I will be doing a home WOD to keep it up.
We all have days like this. You come in. You move. You get fit. Nice job!

105# loved this one! Had hoped to do heavier weight, but I am glad I kept it at 105# and got the form right. Runs felt awesome thanks to endurance WODs!
