Snatch (start with 50% of your 1 Rep Max) for as long as possible – Add 10#’s each minute
Once you cannot snatch the weight…
Clean for as long as possible – Add up to 20#’s each minute
Once you cannot clean the weight…
Deadlift for as long as possible – Add up to 50# each minute
