12:35 Rx. almost 2.5 minutes better than last time (at the same weight) except I was rowing instead of running which is faster for me. big jump even though the runs felt terrible.
I’m slowly making a comeback. 11:40 85# hang cleans for snatches. I’m not sure what’s worse…..actually being sick or not being able to workout!
Big PR for me on this one. Snatches are light years ahead of what they were in September 2014.

Endurance after: 5×300 run, walk 100m/ 3000m run. All 300s were 1:17. For the 3000, I ran 2 miles,easy: 17 min total:8:30, 8:22 split. Did 4 1/2 mile loops around Longfellow/parking lots. Was so nice to be outside!

Makes me Wonder – 9:53 @ 55#. Rounds 9 and 15 unbroken on the snatches. Feels great to run again! As always, great energy in the dark @ 530 am!
9:23 Rx – Not sure if I did this before. Sets went 9, 8/7, 7/4/3/5/2. Running was a crawl and really caught up to me that last set of Snatches. Time to hit some endurance WODs…
