Didn’t quite make the cap. Not sure what my time was last time. Splits were 8:39/9:07/9:10.
“Click Click Boom” 30:00 4 rounds…. I’m just amazed as time flies by and the progress we all make… We did this WOD back in early June.. I just started my box jumps, DL 65# and KB 26#. I just giggle at these numbers.. Today I needed to tweak a few things, Thanks Mel for you help.. DL 115# PR 50# KB 35# No RUNNING- 5 SPU’s instead.. I kipped the last 5 to make the cut off.. 10 GHD, 15 DL, 20 Push ups and 25 KB. I just love a good chippppa…

At 30 min time cap: Finished 15 kettlebell swings in round 3, 155# 35#, thank you for the push Mel!
