Time of my life – 31:18 RX This WOD is a total grind! First time DB snatching more than 55lbs this morning. 530am killed it!

Sweet Mother of God…I was not prepared for this at 5:30 AM. Just coming in was my win for the day as my quads still feel like I have hot pokers in them.
“Time of My Life” – 28:20 Rx-ish (70# / Few toe taps on rope climbs when coming from seated, but I was not going back down to restart them).
“Time of My Life” – 33:26 Rx-ish. 1/2 of my rope climbs required a two step process (from the ground-to-standing, standing-to-top) and on a couple i skipped the from the ground part. that was truly awful.

Time of my life: 20:11, 20#. Should have gone heavier. Rope climbs were so much fun!
Endurance wod after. Did not keep time but a few seconds slower than michele (and Sara and Mel…) on all of them 🙂

Time of My Life – 17.17 25#. I, too, have quads still hurting from 15.5. Cash In: 1k row (2:25 pace) Cash Out: 2 Chest to Bar Pull Ups every 45 seconds for 8 rounds. Great job Brett on the pull ups!

70# on the snatches felt great. Form on the rope no so great! Hit the 25 min cap with one rope climb left.
At least I have a new goal for the month of April!

Wasn’t sure how I’d do after being down with a nasty bug all last week. But it was good to be moving again, the snatches felt light (but I was really winded the whole time and need to remember not to muscle them and to really drive my hips and quads) and I was happy with myself for hitting all the rope climbs instead of attempts or ring rows.
Did 15.5 instead…16:04 RX so glad that’s over!!!
