Go Hard Or Go Home — 139 w/1 abmat. Nice to finally drop the 2nd abmat.
189 finished the full round in 14min. 1 abmat for HSPU and did 24″ Box Jumps.
90 reps with 2 abmats. HSPU’s were definitely holding me back.
