“Nancy” – 15:10 with 35#. Hey, I know it was only 35# but it is the first set of overhead squats I have done in almost a year since my rotator cuff tore so I am pleased with that. Even then, I could only do the first three sets unbroken. Still, progress.
All OHS unbroken. I’d like to think I can push the runs a bit harder, but I was really trying to figure out a good pace here that allowed for consistency. Power Snatched into the OHS on rounds 1 and 2. Squat snatched into first rep on round 3 thru 5. Next time, I may come out of the gate with squat snatches.

Today was a 30# PR on my OHS……. In June I was at 25# . Very Happy!

14:40 rx (5 second PR)… Legs were heavy today, but I gots me some fitness. I have to start getting to these endurance classes… my running is atrocious.
Nancy: 18:30 @ 65# OHS. First three sets unbroken, fell at rep 13 on sets 4 and 5, but finished strong. Running felt good (must have been the endurance WOD prior to Nancy, ha!).
Nancy – 13:32 ( 3:38 & 10# PR) Felt really good to get this one yesterday. Michele was a huge push but just couldn’t keep up with her on the squats.
Great endurance crew at 10:30 – 5min jog, 5(or 6?) x 6 min at pace, 5 min jog. not sure what our times were but thank you so much to Mel, Michele, Britt, & Jim for all taking turns pushing Keegan in the stroller. We may have a new running partner!

13:24 Rx. Bazaro world. Flew through the OHS. Really labored on the run.
Came back and did 75% of the endurance wod. Isn’t pretty right now.
You held your ground on those 60s runs, and kept me going!
Nancy, Test Drive Edition: 17:20 at 65# (Rx weight) with 8 OHS/round. Goal is to do this Rx under 20 minutes.
Since Nissa asked (on FB)…all 8 were unbroken every round. This was a good, manageable way to test this WOD out!
And they were solid. You def have this WOD full rx next time
