6:50 rx – All KBs unbroken, just went too slow on the rower, couldn’t catch Bill and Manchester. Definitely want to try this again at a higher damper setting – I know I have a faster time in me.
5:59 Rx – Unbroken on the KBs. Came out of the gate pulling in the 1700’s for the row. Finished in the mid 1300’s.
5:57rx. unbroken swings, 2300cal/hr on the first round and never dropped below the 1300s, so happy with the whole not completely dying thing.

totally messed up on the rep scheme here – did 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 down to 1 of row for calories, back extension, 35# kb, med ball sit ups. i cant have intensity so i went for a longer workout. no idea about time.
