I agree w/ Jason. That row was awful. Just kept telling myself, “Ok..you’re 200m in..800 to go” then “Ok..you’re 400m in..600 to go”, etc. Just so painful. Struggled to drive out. Hamstring cramped so bad after I finished.

13:02 /3 abmats–I tried 2.5 but connected with maybe the first 10. Tried to pace myself on the run thinking I could make it up on the row but after the first 200 meters all I could do is play mind games to distract myself–holding a different pace every 100 meters, closing my eyes, counting pulls, etc. not pretty!

9:14 rx. legs felt fine from yesterday until i was 200m into the row. i dont think ive ever wanted to just stop rowing so bad in my life.
18/6/6 on the hspu. couldve went bigger but feared going anyway near failure.
