Hotel WOD for me in Dallas this week.
1/2 Mile Run (on treadmill)

No clue on time..forgot to set my phone. I’d guess around 10-12 minutes though. Was going to do a 1/2 mile cash out but all the treadmills filled up while I was doing the snatches/situps.
20:09 rx. a minute+ slower than last time. stepups instead of box jumps this time, and i went smaller sets with longer breaks on the wallballs. this is a win for me that i was only a minute slower.

24:23 – 2 minutes off my PR from las time. Subbed 30 30# ball slams for the dubs. I thought I was moving at a good clip – guess not.

I’ve done this one before but I didn’t record the time. I do remember I couldn’t get through the PP with the 35# bar last time so it was definitely an improvement. Next time, I’ll do 26# on the KB.

Filthy 50 – 29:50 Rx – just snuck in under cap. My K2B need work, I end up doing knees to triceps half the time. I literally wanted to weep on the 20lb wb. Actually, I think I may have. I was 3:07 slower than the last time I did this. I’m blaming that burpee mile.
28:44 – step ups, 28# KB, 15 k2e then knee ups, 35# PP/GM, 14# WB, 100 SU- Huge improvement for me. Last time I did this I got 25:50 but only had 50 reps on 4 of the 10 movements and scaled the rest to about 30. Psyched to have gotten through the whole thing this time.
Filthy 50 (Dirty 30 for me) – step ups, 18# KB, 10# WB, 50 SU. Was wondering if I did enough poundage today but I had a little trouble shaving so I guess it was close enough.
Glad to see you and Ada posting! Next time we do this WOD you’ll be able to compare your scores using the site as your digital journal of sorts.

Filthy 50 – 25.10 with step ups, 30 KTE(triceps), and 30 WB #14.(4minutes of which was for 50 actual double unders and not just attempts!). I, too, blame the burpee mile. For my records, Burpee Mile with Erica and Tara on Saturday 5/16/15. 2 hours 16 minutes 755 burpees.
23:45 Rx. 50 second PR. Was moving pretty fast until the KB, WB, burpee combo.
Finished burpees by time cap; steps ups, ring rows, 25# ground to overhead sub for kettlebell, 10# WB, ball slams sub for dubs
Dirty 30 for me: 16:38, 15# pressups & good mornings (should have done more weight); 18# KB; 6# wall ball; 20″ step up; burpees without the push up; 100 single unders.

27:54 20 ” step ups, 35# KB, PP and good mornings. Alt between 6# and 10# wall ball, 50 AS for lunges, KTE are junk!, Ball slams for burpees and 20 calorie bike for DU. Almost gave up on 35# PP and went down to 15# but stuck it out and glad I did!
Filthy Fifty for my 50th. Thanks Mel. 28:38 Combo of step ups and jumps. Not all wall balls were on top line and burpees were lie down stand up. Shoulder was hurting but determined to get it done without substituting anything. PR considering last time I did this with all movements was 2/3/2011 34:13: Love having double unders! Fun time at 8:30 class
Happy Birthday Scott! I am laughing so hard at your description of burpees because that’s about how mine felt this morning too…lie down, drag yourself up off the ground…repeat for what seems like forever. Love this WOD.

Filthy 50: At 30 minute cap, got to 10 WBs. Rx movements (the ones I got to!) except used 10# WB to 9′ and a few of my KTEs came up short. My victory today was in getting all 50 box jumps at 24″.
19:24 RX – 27 second PR. Great 12:30!
Nov 24th did 40reps of each and finished @24:35
Today completed 50reps at cap with 25 burpees
I guess its improvement? Gave it everything i had today

Filthy Fifty – walking lunges, knees up, 35# push press, 35# good mornings, 20″ step ups, 26# KBS (did this out of order… oops!), jumping pull-ups, 6# WB, did 19 burpees at 30:00 cap. Sad I didn’t get to finish this workout, but a big improvement over last November when I only did 30 reps of each exercise with 15# barbell and 18# KB!

Dirty 35: 35 reps of lunges, 0:45 v-sit, 0:45 plank, 15# strict press, 45# good morning, box jumps, jumping pull-ups, 35# kbs to eye height, 30# wall ball squat, the slowest and ugliest burpees the world has ever seen, 7 calories airdyne. 20:57. Either this WOD destroyed me or I’m getting sick (I wiped everything down!) because it took me a full 45 minutes before I could say a full sentence and I’m still feeling queasy.
21:50 Rx (:27 off my PR). Couldn’t get any big sets of WB then struggled with DU’s, biggest set was 18….

Did 30 reps of each. Got 20 burpees. Finished it and subbed 20# ball slams instead of single unders.
