175 rx. Not a PR, but after the amount of time off I have had in the last 30 days, happy with the showing. T2B are still the limiting factor.

167 85# KneeUps 10# wall ball – so 23 reps short of the last time but 30# more on the clean….which came first, the chicken or the egg? Note to future self: 87 F when I got out of the car and humid
167 (168?), KU, 14#, 75#. 10 reps off of last time but I wasn’t feeling much energy or strength today so I’m glad I got what I did.
166, 10# WB, 75# cleans – TTB took me forever!!! Glad I stuck with it, although I probably missed my toes about 10x. I know I can do better than this next time!
