“Play Hard” – 15:40. 275# [was the correct weight – heavy but doable], MU and MUAT. [6/6, 8/1, 6]. Started to get the hang of the BMUs again after the first set of 12 which were ugly. Next time not counting attempts. Great workout – thanks to the 5:30am for the support. Nothing like people watching to force you over the stinking bar.

Barbell: worked up 225 for a split jerk -felt great! Missed 235 a bunch of times but I got much closer than I have in the past.
10:19 started with 165# but dropped to 155#, mix of kpus and ctbs.
