6 mile slow jog today to get the lead out. 56:08 (9:21 min mile). Avg HR 156. Very easy. Felt fantastic after the rainy morning to be in the sun.

Plush: 1:03, no clue from there accept that it got longer with each round. Happy to be moving Rx
1:21 / 1:22 / 1:25 / 2:00 / 2:06 Rx, although my DUs were not super solid, especially at the end. Should have worked harder to jerk those presses the last two rounds so I had arms left for my DUs, per Rap’s suggestion! Next time!
