“Lean On” – 195# front squat from the floor. HSPUs 10/5/5/7/10 (1 ab mat)

225# front squats. loved that it was from the floor. 22-9-12-9-10 on the HSPU, rx.
140×5, then dropped to 135# for remainder for form & lower back sake.

105#, 6-6-5-4-6 with one abmat and a 5# plate. By far the best I’ve ever done with hspu’s.
105#, 5 / 8 / 6 / 5 / 1 (1 abmat) – had more HSPU in me the last round but I slipped. Got to 250 on the row each round too. Great WOD!
70#, between 6-8 per round w/ 3 ab mats. Happy Michelle talked me out of hand stand holds.
