Start with 10 power cleans, then 1 burpee box jump, then 9 power cleans, then 2 burpee box jumps, then 8 power cleans… and so on…

In Montreal hotel gym – did yesterday’s WOD ” the next episode” with 45# Dumbbells.
Only had a wall clock, so somewhere between 8 and 9 minutes.
Also got some advice from a guy on how to do “proper” pull ups.
