Just looked back… this was first time at Rx weight. Cool. Shouldn’t have done singles in round 1, though. The key is to string together the DLs.
2+1 RX. Last time was 3 rounds at 275#. It was great to hit this with Michele this morning, and felt great to move 315 in a wod. Completely agree with Willis, hitting 3-4 rep sets is easier than doing singles.
3+10. 145#. Assisted pistols. Du attempts (7)
2rounds+19 reps – 185#, first round of deads unbroken(thanks Erica!), doubles and singles after that, pistols felt good, DUs were every other but did all 21! Cash-out with great group of over-achievers: Tabata abs and Tabata hand stands.
2+1 [275#, mixed pistols]. no gas in the tank and back was sore this morning so kept it manageable. pistols took me forever. yesterday wrecked me. tabata sit ups and handstand holds after.
3+26 (185#, asst pistols; DUA but I was hitting them – ended up w/10-15 DU per rd)
Oops — 175# DL, not 185. Warmed up at 185 — felt ok but took off 10 lbs to be safe.
3+1 rx. straight sets of 7 rounds 1 and 2, 4-3 on round 3. ill never be able to cycle pistols fast enough to get through a 4th round on this, but my knee atleast felt good through it, so thats a huge positive
This WOD just crushes me. Definitely a goat WOD.
Warmed up the DL’s to 315# and was able to string a few together, but just didn’t feel comfy w/ it to do it in the WOD.

3+6 with 155# and 7 kbs at 35# for DUs. So stoked to be moving weight again.
2 rounds even. First round at 195#, second round at 185# for 2 reps and 175# for 5 reps. Normally 185# goes up easy … not sure what was going on, but I had a really hard time with this today.
