At cap was prob starting my last set of sit-ups. 21:31. 165# Dl (all set unbroken), got 7 out of 20 MU today. BEYOND excited, this more than doubles my last # of MU in a wod.

What a difference a year makes. Post from last July—> “Triplet Sprint” – 14:19 (1 MU for 3 rds and 2 MUAT for 1 rd) (215# DL)

15:27?? (I know it was 15 something). 155# and MUT. DLs all 5-5. Felt like I could have lifted quite a bit more, but my back felt a little stiff today. Loved doing MUTs from bench — more challenging than from the floor!
