4+9 rx 155# x10 for the ohs. Got pretty frustrated with myself this morning after failing a few reps but remembered why we do crossfit – because it’s fun! Off days are just part of the process.

Good day today – PR for multiple rep OHS sets. I’ve added 20# in the last 3 wks after months of fear and loathing with that movement.

3+10 (135# from the rack, MU Transitions with Bench). Today was a #pursuebetter day. OHS @ 135 actually got better as the WOD went on, and Mel’s new MU Transition drill (along with “the Manchester Method”) is helping with my major handicap.
