13:00 ( 10 ball slams for DU, legs up for k2b, bench HS, air squats for pistols and 75# deadlift- def can go up on weight- left back and thigh pain- maybe too cautious but don’t want to be injured again !!

17:04 – did 225# hang power cleans instead of pistols. they took awhile.
19:24- 1 ab mat… Dubs and ttb were double time but did all reps for everything.
18:34. Single unders, 115#, one abmat + 10# plate, pistols assisted on left side (right side unassisted).
15:43 rx – 1 minute slower but this time I did strict hspus. Really happy to be getting better strict.

15:25, single unders, leg lifts, 95#, bench HSPU, assisted pistols
16:45 — alternating KU/TTB, 155# DL, 1 abmat for HSPU, pistols w/10# plate. 1 min slower this time — but I did all the dubs (in small sets), 50# more on DL and didn’t hold onto anything for pistols.
16:01 – 95# DL, 25 20# ball slams,40 kipping knees up, 40 second handstand hold and 20 AS.
15:07 –185# deadlift, kipping HSPU and 24″ stepups w/35# dumbells for pistols.
14:02 feels good to be back
