Didn’t feel great w/ heavier weight on the snatches today, so kept it light. Also did muscle ups for the first time in a while and didn’t have any shoulder pain. The first 3 rounds of the MU’s were not official as I didn’t start from lockout. The last 2 rounds I was slow, deliberate and those were good.

20:11 DUA, 65# worked on form, 6 strict pull ups and 6 ring dips (some dips assisted with jump but worked the negatives really slow) per round. Thanks Erica for the great class and for the cues!
20:30. #60. Snatches felt better as wod went on. Singles on the pullus, red band on dips. All doubles….rounds 2-5 wrapped myself in a red band to keep arms down. Looked silly but it works!! Great 5:30am class! Great coaching, I think Erica’s tips on my form is what helped it get better during thenwod.

13:36 @ 115#. MU’s were UGLY and GROSS (been so used to bar MU’s that the rings felt weird getting the right swing). failed twice so 10 for 12 not bad.

16:38 @ 135#. 1st time snatching that weight in a workout. slow and 80% of them were ugly but it was worth it for the one or two half way decent ones.

16:26 – Attempted Rx # but only got 1 rep and dropped to 135#.
Did my first bar muscle up ever today. Did 1 in warm ups and the first rep of the WOD then did PUs and RDs.
13:29 with 40 single unders, snatches at 45# and pull-ups (blue and red) and bench dips.
