Cleans felt great but holy hell, did I get winded! And those damn PP’s – I kept dipping so would have to start over ? Fun WOD tho!
#90 squat. I tried a big jump to 105 at the end got through the push press & 2 cleans but fell on my bottom the last clean of the 2nd group.

145#. Went for a 7th round at 155#. Weight was OK but forearms failed me.
95# with squat cleans. got to push jerk with 105# but clipped my chin, tried again at 105# and couldn’t even get the push press
Always fun lifting with Nissa!
Next time we start heavier because we ran out of time and juice.
