3 rounds I think. 20 Handstand shoulder taps each round
4+30, hsw attempts with a few legitimate walks.
6 rounds. Legitimate DU for the first time!
R1- T2B, R2-4 first 5 reps T2B then KU, R 5-6 LL (ripped hands)

5+1 – 10 ball slams, 15 v-ups to the pole, 20 shoulder taps/10 pushups, 5 cals bike.
5 – 10 DU/rnd, KnUps, WallWalks – concentrated on bigger sets of DU – best set was 9 straight – consistently got 5 in a row; also worked on kipping into longer sets without dead hanging in between; much better and stronger Wall walks, controlled the walk down which had been a problem..overall very happy with progress
