I completely screwed up this rep scheme
here’s what I did:
@ 12:04 – 21/15/9 w/135# HCL & HSPUs , thought I was done (and crushed it), once I recovered and realized I didn’t do rounds of 6 & 3 I finished them @ 15:57.
Now that I’m home I realize i never did rounds of 18 and 12.
Not sure where my head was but I went home feeling pretty good about it
