I loved this one!
weight felt heavy in the warm-up so I stayed but after a few rounds realized prob could have gone heavier – next time (I’d love to try this in the late fall when sweaty hands and slippery bars aren’t a problem 🙂 – so muggy!!)

This was a great, tough WOD.
The results I’m even more proud of though are making chocolate pancakes for my kids (breakfast for dinner) and somehow not popping a single chocolate chip into my mouth ? I feel superhuman.
I sure am happy about that Kate!! 🙂 I’m so not up for the penalty to be paid!
