Note: I told myself I’d be happy to get to 10 reps at that weight so like an idiot just put it down at 10, I prob could have gotten a few more. Clean and jerks felt good- grip was going. So next time hold on for more reps!

Mentally this is one of the hardest wods. I wanted to quit so many times the first two rounds, and then didn’t hit the floor on rep 8 of the last round and had to repeat the clean. Forearms still burning.
