WOD GUIDANCE & GOALS
With a single dumbbell, complete 20 total snatches (10 per side), alternating arms. Then complete 20 toes to bar, knee ups or v-ups. To save your hip flexors and grip, break toes to bar into 10/10 or 5/5/5/5. Target 15 minutes.
