WOD GUIDANCE & GOALS
Start with a BIG set of wall balls (at least 20), then chip away in sets of 10-20. Complete wall balls around 5-6 minutes. The run/row will take around 3:00, and the 30 deadlifts do in sets of 15/15 or 10/10/10. The deadlifts will take around 2-3 minutes. Target 2+ rounds.
