- Friday 3/4: TV/Movie Character – dress as your favorite character from any show, movie, series, etc.
- Friday 3/11: Daybreak Spirit – wear ALL of your Daybreak gear, orange and blue, or come as your favorite Daybreaker
EVERYONE is welcome, whether you’re registered for the Open or not. If you did the workout earlier in the day, please come back to cheer on your fellow Daybreakers, partake in the theme and win a prize, have a beverage (adult if you’d like), and hangout after for a little social!

WOD GUIDANCE & GOALS
YOU decide how to complete this workout! Yup, get the work done anyway, anyhow. You can do 5 clean and jerks, then 10-15 toes to bar, and repeat until both movements are complete. You could do 1 clean and jerk and 5 toes to bar, you could do all 50 c+j then all 75 ttb, it’s up to you! Our suggestion is that you do 5 rounds of 10 clean ad jerks and 15 toes to bar, or 25 rounds of 2 clean and jerks and 3 toes to bar. Have fun, record your times and how you broke up the sets!

9 sets of 5 & 8, then one set of 5&5 = 50 C&J and 77 TTB. oops.
C&J reps 4 & 5 got really heavy in the latter half… lots of hands on quads. so maybe next time do a set of 5 C&J to start, then 15 sets of 5 TTB & 3 C&J. i think that would make for quicker transitions because i was okay after 3 C&J.
