WOD GUIDANCE & GOALS
HEAVY/TECHNIQUE DAY! This is your opportunity to perfect your mechanics. Coaches will help you build to a moderately heavy weight for 7 sets of 2 reps (not touch and go). Only use a heavier weight if your movement is on point.
For the metcon, use a LIGHT weight for the hang squat snatches and overhead squats. Both movements should be unbroken. Use the run as the rest/reset. Target sub 10 minutes.
