WOD GUIDANCE & GOALS
As fast as possible (with great form, of course) complete the chipper and record your interval. The 300 meter run should take no more than :90 (scale to meet the time domain,) spend no more than :45 on the sit to stands, and choose a weight for the snatches that you may have to complete as fast singles! The goal is to finish every round in three minutes so you have at least :60 of rest before the next interval. Record your intervals.
