15:51 rx. Jerks went to doubles and triples after the first 10 reps. Really helpful to keep elbows pointing to the middle of the circle, even if I wasn’t able to cycle them through quickly. Run was more of a fast shuffle than anything. Still, loved this one!
Loved this one. My shoulders are jacked up today. See you guys on Wednesday. Had a costume change for Sunday…no longer Pirates…this one will be awesome! 🙂
12:03 35# – I still struggle on the rowing machine – just can’t seem to get the rhythm and it slows me down a lot. Probably could have done a little more weight but still not confident in my form and would rather get that down first.
