Ham and Egg Cups

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 – 12 minutes

Servings: 6 cups

Ingredients:
• 6 medium thick slices of ham – I use Wellshire Farm Black Forest, which is nitrate free.
• 6 eggs
• Dried Oregano
• Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
2. Spray a large cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Place one slice of ham in each cup.
4. Crack one egg over the ham.
5. Sprinkle with oregano
6. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes.

So easy, so delicious.
