Hey ‘Breakers… I find when I post my time, I like to record how I broke up the WOD. For example, on Grace, I typically note how many reps in my first set, second set, third, when I went to singles, etc. Next time we do Grace, you’ll be happy to have that digital journal of sorts so you can recraft your plan of attack if needed.
It’s also cool to assess other athletes’ gameplan to see if something they did may work for you. All about community!
So many PRs on Grace today! Everyone was on fire! Can’t wait till I get to hit it next time with y’all. Today I did: 25m farmers carry with 35# kettlebells and 50-40-30-20-10 dumbbell presses with 10#. Finished around 11:40 or so. Holy moly my shoulders were on fire, especially after priming and painting (two coats) my living room this weekend! 🙂

2:14 rx. 2 seconds slower than my PR. Thought I had beat it! 15/3/2/1/1/2/1/1/2/2. Push press/jerk got tougher than I remember at the end.
Everyone killed it today… think I counted over 15 PRs on the board today, let alone all the folks who did this for the first time and crushed it!
