#55 9:20 20 situps each round. Raised the weight half way through because it wasn’t enough. Did Cleans instead Snatches due to shoulder pain.

found a lift I really like, can’t wait to up the weight going forward. SU’s suck, def need to work on my coare and back strength and flexibility
