Great crew this morning. Had an interesting configuration for this WOD as Zev and I went at the same time and then rotated in Russ and Dave. It ran like a team of 3, but with 2 people working for one of the rotations.

Holy Crap-That sucked – I almost threw up and my legs and arms are still wobbly 2.5 hours post WOD. I must put an apology out there to Mel and my team Tara and Julie as I think we only had 1000 meters left when time ran out and I just crapped out completely – I feel like we should have just finished it up (but then I might actually have thrown up!) but I honestly just had to stop (partially because of having to get to work as well, but also, that pushed me pretty much to my limit). And now I can’t remember our time so maybe one of my teammates will post . . .
Turbulence: team of myself, Carrie & Bruce: 46:17 (Did my burpees as in & outs die to shoulder issues.)
Great job everyone, especially Bruce- what an introduction to CrossFit. You crushed your first WOD!
I’m just so excited that I can finally log in! Sara, Nissa and I came in just over 49:00…definitely kicked my ass. But thanks to Mel and Susan for the rowing tips; will try to practice once I can feel my arms and legs!

Great work 9:30, a strong effort by all. 41:31 I think, Todd & Paul made for a great team. Even more impressive is Rap’s solo effort at this distance. It’s good to be back,I missed you guys.

Oh my… that was something. I found myself looking forward to the burpees as a recovery. Whaaat??? That said, Jay, Lee and I did it in 41:53 Rx.
And while I would love to eat a whole pizza for dinner, looks like another 3 point day instead.

Ali G, Sarah Clarke, Sam and I did this in 39:58. (Ali and Sarah worked at the same time.) Kept my splits between 1:49-1:57, with most around 1:53. I did burpees after the WOD was done – back was just too tight for it to be comfortable doing them during the rowing. 3 point day as well.
Great job Megan, Sarah, and Ali! That was tough. Splits were in the 1:30s

Jay / Chris W / Lee : 41:38 or 41:53 (can’t remember the “seconds” mark) nor could I see it from the steady flow of pain sweat flowing down my brow! Great team and great workout… Lee did awesome for his day #2, Chris is a workhorse with a great steady pace!

Splits between low 1:40’s and low 1:50’s. Went all out on the final 250 and was in the 1:30’s until the very end.
3 points on the challenge. Not enough veggies today though. Just could not handle it after the brussel sprout bonanza from yesterday.
