Rich L is competing in the C.R.A.S.H.-B’s.  today at 2:40pm. The C.R.A.S.H.-B is one of the largest indoor rowing championships in the World. Rich’s goal is to complete his 2K row sub 6:40. He’s also determined to beat Zev and Scott for the top of the leaderboard at Daybreak.
