HUUUGE improvement. Nicely done.
14.2: 25 Rx. First time I did CTB in a WOD without doing the “Colket Grip” (i.e., switch grip or chin-up grip with a half kip/half strict PU). I was actually able to just kip them with a normal grip and get my chest on the damn bar. Woo-hoo! Was glad to meet my goal of getting through 10 of them and getting back to a few more OHSs. Gotta love the Open to motivate!
