“Fight Music” – 9:30 20# with an extra set of 21 18 15 12 9 6 3 sit ups.. Working on the mid-line… I totally wimped out on my squat weight due to wrist pain from the Push Jerks on Monday.
Established a new 1RM back squat today, which is exactly the same as my front squat: 205#. Something ain’t quite right here! Starting a squat cycle next week and excited to see what it’ll do to those numbers. Great job by the 5:30 class getting after that WOD!
