Attention Members! We had such great success with our first skill clinic, that we’re now excited to announce our second one… Advanced pull ups and muscle ups! In this clinic, we will focus on butterfly pull ups, chest-to-bar pull ups and muscle ups.

How do you know if this is for you? To sign up for this clinic you must have 5 consecutive pull ups and at least 3 consecutive non-assisted ring dips. If you’re not sure, please see one of the coaches to discuss.

The first half of the clinic will be dedicated to pull up technique, where athletes will learn to use hips to consistently execute a chest-to-bar. They will also be taught how to establish the rhythm and timing to perform butterfly pull ups.  The second half will be dedicated to muscle up technique, where athletes will learn transitions to and through the rings. We will also work with more advanced athletes on connecting and linking multiple muscle ups. All athletes will leave with “homework” to practice and maintain their learnings well after the class.

As was our last clinic, this Advanced Clinic is also free to our members and $25 for non-members. Space is limited and will fill up fast. Sign up on the sheet at the front desk next to the kiosk. Members will be given priority over non-members.
