Great morning crew to kick off a Friday. Definitely glad I didn’t have to do Zev’s personal air dyne wod. Holy cow.

Oly workout: 35# pull ups, 45# dumbells for Bulgarian split squats, 380# max on the sled pulls. back extensions might have been the hardest part.
