“Californication” 15:09 55# Weight felt fine, had to concentrate on keeping the weight in my heels. I had running sneakers on. It’s always a good run when the wind is at your back and pushes you forward, love that!
So this princess felt her pea…after celebrating the end of the nutritional challenge with some scotch, ice cream, pasta and a hot dog bun (not all at once – but close) my lungs were burning today and my feet felt flat as can be. Oy!
Californication: 18:58 75#. Nutrition results: almost 9.5 lbs, 2″ off chest and waist, 1″ off hips and 1/2″ off bicep! I’m a believer – even if my chef friends call me obnoxious 🙂 Thanks for all of the encouragement you guys!!
