Marissa snuck up on everyone and claims top spot (and reserved parking) for getting her buns to not only the CrossFit WOD classes, but also the specialty classes! Dave S takes second place (and reserved parking) while just barely edging out old veterans, Jim B and Tony D. New to the list is rookie Daybreaker Jason C who is making his presence known with a top 5 finish right off the bat. Should make for an interesting August!

Run 400 m at beginning of each set of deadlifts and abs. With warm up- total of 2miles. This WOD was killer, no time to think just go go go… Mel, breakers would love this WOD..
